At KiranaX Enterprises, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments. We strive to be fair and transparent in all our dealings.
10-Day Free Trial
No Risk Trial Period:
- All new users get a 10-day free trial
- No credit card required to start
- Full access to all features during trial
- Cancel anytime during trial with zero charges
- If you cancel during trial, you will not be billed
- No questions asked, no explanations needed
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings in the app (Dashboard → Profile → Manage Subscription)
- Emailing our support team at support@kiranax.in
- Contacting us via the Contact Us page
When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Cancellation is immediate - your subscription will not auto-renew
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial month/year charges after the current period ends
- You can export your data before access expires
Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
- Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of payment
- After 48 hours: No refund, but access continues until period end
- No pro-rated refunds for partial month usage
Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of payment
- After 7 days but within 30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months
- After 30 days: No refund, but access continues until year end
- Calculation: (Months Remaining / 12) × Annual Fee
Refund Examples
Example 1: Monthly Plan (₹199/month)
- • Subscribe on Jan 1st
- • Cancel on Jan 2nd → Full refund (₹199)
- • Cancel on Jan 5th → No refund, access till Jan 31st
Example 2: Annual Plan (₹1999/year)
- • Subscribe on Jan 1st
- • Cancel on Jan 5th → Full refund (₹1999)
- • Cancel on Jan 20th (9 months left) → Pro-rated refund (₹1499)
- • Cancel on Feb 15th → No refund, access till Dec 31st
Refund Process
1. Request Refund: Email support@kiranax.in with your phone number and reason
2. Verification: We verify your subscription and eligibility (within 24 hours)
3. Approval: If eligible, refund is approved automatically
4. Processing: Refund is initiated through Razorpay
5. Timeline: Refunds appear in your account within 5-7 business days
6. Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Subscription violations or Terms of Service breaches
- Account termination due to fraudulent activity
- Misuse of the service or unauthorized sharing of accounts
- Requests made after the refund window has closed
- Change of mind after using the service extensively
- Technical issues on your end (device, internet connection)
- Failure to cancel before auto-renewal (though you keep access)
Auto-Renewal and Billing
Subscription Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Renewal Reminders: We send email/SMS reminders 3 days before auto-renewal
Price Changes: You will be notified 30 days before any price increase. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
Failed Payments: If payment fails, we retry 3 times over 7 days. If still unsuccessful, your subscription is suspended.
Downgrading Plans
Annual to Monthly: Not available mid-term. You can switch when your annual plan expires.
Mid-Term Changes: Plan changes (upgrade/downgrade) take effect at the next billing cycle.
No Partial Refunds: Downgrading does not result in partial refunds for the current period.
Data Retention After Cancellation
Important: After your subscription ends:
- Your data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe
- You can export your data during this 30-day grace period
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- We recommend exporting your data before cancellation
Reactivation
Within 30 Days: Reactivate with all your data intact. Just subscribe again.
After 30 Days: You can subscribe again, but will need to set up your shop from scratch.
Trial Eligibility: Free trial is only available once per phone number.
Special Circumstances
Service Issues: If KiranaX experiences extended downtime (>24 hours), we may offer pro-rated credits or extensions.
Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly, contact us immediately. We will investigate and refund if an error occurred.
Exceptional Cases: We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for unique circumstances. Contact support.
