Terms of Service

1.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use KiranaX.

1.2 Business Purpose: KiranaX is intended for legitimate business use by kirana shop owners and retail store operators.

1.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phone number and OTP codes. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

1.4 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3.1 Free Trial: New users receive a 10-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial period.

3.2 Subscription Plans: After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan (monthly or annual) to continue using the service.

3.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed through Razorpay.

3.4 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice.

3.6 Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which will be added to your invoice.

6.1 Our Rights: KiranaX, its logos, features, and functionality are owned by KiranaX Enterprises and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to your business data (products, sales, customers). By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the service.

6.3 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use KiranaX for your business purposes.

8.1 "As Is" Service: KiranaX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

8.3 Data Accuracy: While we implement backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining copies of your critical business data.

8.4 Third-Party Services: We integrate with third-party services (MSG91, Razorpay, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their availability or performance.

8.5 Business Decisions: KiranaX is a tool to assist your business operations. All business decisions remain your responsibility.

11.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

11.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination, after which it may be deleted.

12.1 Service Changes: We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

12.2 Terms Updates: We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

12.3 Continued Use: Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

13.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, State], India.
